Gregg Burns, CPA, Owner

I am the owner of this firm which I purchased over fifteen years ago. We have expanded the practice each year and have grown our client base to over 700 individual and small business clients. We have also expanded our staff to a team currently of seven. Our practice serves small businesses, individuals and non-profit organizations. We pride ourselves in customer service and continuing education, in order to exceed the expectations of our clients. My role in the firm is to continually improve our internal accounting and tax processes, oversee and build staff, create long term client relationships and finally review all tax returns and financial statement engagements prior to the delivery to our clients.

Background

I am happily married for the past 25 years and have three children, the oldest who is graduating this year form High Point University with a degree in Accounting, will pursue his CPA and recently worked part-time for the firm preparing individual income tax returns. The youngest is in fouth grade. Yes, that is quite a gap and yes, she runs the household. My free spirited, kind hearted middle child, is a Junior at Plymouth State University studying Elementary Education and all things outdoors often arranging her class schedule to accommodate her snowboarding passion.

When I am not at the office or with the family, I enjoy golfing, attending or watching various local or professional sporting events and theatre productions. I have enjoyed coaching various sports for my two older children over the years. My youngest is bringing music to our family by participating in several small productions with the Palace Theater Youth Company in Manchester, NH.
